Only after people did it, did he shift to an explanation. That's an interesting model for eClips - a command (in writing or in an eclip first), then action, then a longer eclip explaining the significance of the action.

I allow people a week for them to draft the powerpoint and notes/script, then we review in an hour and a few days to adjust and rehearse. Then we record - allow an hour. Then publish.
